Yes. Files are encrypted in transit and permanently deleted within 1 hour of printing. We never store your documents.
We accept payments via Cashfree for secure and instant transactions.
After payment, the bot confirms your job is queued and sends a 4-digit release OTP. Enter that OTP on your selected kiosk and collect once status updates to Printing.
CopyFlow sends the OTP in your email or WhatsApp/Telegram chat immediately after successful payment. The same OTP is used at the kiosk screen to release your print.
The OTP is short-lived (1 hour) for security. If you miss the window, simply place a new print order to get a fresh OTP.

No, once payment is made, the print job cannot be canceled.
