Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CopyFlow kiosk, website, or chatbot (WhatsApp, Telegram), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between CopyFlow Private Limited (“CopyFlow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you (“User” or “Customer”).

2. Service Overview

CopyFlow Private Limited provides a self-service kiosk and digital platform that enables users to upload, pay for, and print documents instantly. Our service is designed to provide a secure and automated printing experience.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Proof & Accuracy: You are solely responsible for reviewing your document’s layout, orientation, and content before submission.
• Error Liability: CopyFlow Private Limited is not responsible for typographical mistakes, formatting shifts (e.g., font changes due to PDF conversion), low image resolution, or "blank page" issues present in your uploaded file.
• Equipment Use: You agree to use the kiosk responsibly. Any attempt to tamper with, hack, or physically damage the hardware is a violation of these terms and may lead to legal action by CopyFlow Private Limited.

4. Content Guidelines

• Legal Use: You must not upload or print illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Restricted Documents: You are prohibited from printing counterfeit currency or unauthorized copies of government-issued identification where prohibited by Indian law.
• Intellectual Property: By uploading content, you confirm that you own the rights or have valid authorization. CopyFlow Private Limited is a passive conduit and is not liable for third-party claims of IP infringement.

5. Payments

• Advance Payment: All printing requires full payment in advance via the secure payment links provided.
• Pricing: Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. CopyFlow Private Limited reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Finality of Sale: Once the payment is confirmed and the print process is initiated, the transaction is final and cannot be cancelled.
• Machine Errors: If a machine error occurs (e.g., paper jam, toner failure), CopyFlow Private Limited may, at its discretion, offer a reprint credit. Cash refunds are not provided for user-side errors or improper formatting.

7. Delivery & Pick-up

• Instant Service: Services are kiosk-based; no home delivery is provided.
• Quality Variations: Slight variations in print color, quality, or finish may occur due to machine limitations and ambient conditions. These do not qualify for refunds from CopyFlow Private Limited.

8. Limitation of Liability

CopyFlow Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, business, or profits).
• User-uploaded content or misuse of the kiosk.
• Technical interruptions or downtime beyond our reasonable control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CopyFlow Private Limited and its affiliates, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

1. Your breach of these Terms.
2. Any content uploaded by you that violates third-party rights or laws.
3. Any physical damage caused by you to the CopyFlow Private Limited hardware.

10. Privacy & Data Security

• Secure Processing: Files uploaded via chatbot or website are encrypted and processed securely in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Auto-Deletion: Files are automatically deleted from our systems immediately after the print job is completed or after one (1) hour if not printed.
• Third-Party Payments: Payment information is handled exclusively by secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers. CopyFlow Private Limited does not store your credit card or UPI credentials.

11. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules made thereunder, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are provided below:

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and dispose of such complaint within a period of 15 days from the date of its receipt.

12. Force Majeure

CopyFlow Private Limited shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: mechanical, electronic, or communications failure; "Acts of God"; pandemics; or government-mandated lockdowns.

13. Modifications

CopyFlow Private Limited reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
