• User Documents: Files (PDF, images, etc.) you upload for printing.
• Contact Information: Your phone number (via WhatsApp/Telegram) or email address if provided for support.
• Transaction Data: Payment confirmation details provided by our payment gateway (we do not store your card or UPI credentials).
• Usage Data: Kiosk ID, time of print, and number of pages printed.

2. How We Handle Your Documents (The "Zero-Storage" Promise)

We understand the sensitivity of your documents. Our processing pipeline is built on privacy:

• Encryption: All files are encrypted during transit from your device to our servers and then to the kiosk.
• Automated Deletion: Once a print job is successfully completed, your file is automatically and permanently deleted from our local kiosk cache and cloud servers.
• Non-Printed Files: If a file is uploaded but not printed, it is automatically purged from our system within one (1) hour.
• No Human Access: No employee or third party at CopyFlow Private Limited has access to view or read your documents. The process is fully automated.

3. Use of Third-Party Platforms

• Chatbots: By using our WhatsApp or Telegram chatbots, you are also subject to their respective privacy policies. We only use these platforms as a delivery mechanism for your files.
• Payment Gateways: We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. CopyFlow Private Limited does not see or store your banking passwords or PINs.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or document data to third parties. We only share information when:

• Required by law to comply with a legal obligation or government request.
• Necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of CopyFlow Private Limited or our users.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure server firewalls, to prevent unauthorized access to your data. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
